BICD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BICD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,342 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BICD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTF3C6P1, RN7SL620P, and OR2M2. Each is linked with BICD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BICD1-to-partner and partner-to-BICD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GTF3C6P1 grouped by BICD1-low versus BICD1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BICD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BICD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
