BHMT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BHMT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,109 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BHMT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DAB2, COL18A1, and AKAP12_S612. Each is linked with BHMT2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BHMT2-to-partner and partner-to-BHMT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BHMT2 versus DAB2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BHMT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BHMT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
