BHMT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BHMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,075 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BHMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMGDH, BHMT2, and STOX2. Each is linked with BHMT in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BHMT-to-partner and partner-to-BHMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BHMT versus DMGDH in KIRC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BHMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→BHMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
