The most reproducible BHLHE40-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of immune response, Type II interferon-mediated signaling pathway, and Cellular response to chemical stress. Each is linked with BHLHE40 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BHLHE40-to-partner and partner-to-BHLHE40 results are reported.
