Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BHLHE22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,313 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BHLHE22-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM252-DT, TRAJ12, and TRAJ11. Each is linked with BHLHE22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BHLHE22-to-partner and partner-to-BHLHE22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM252-DT grouped by BHLHE22-low versus BHLHE22-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BHLHE22→partner) and Y-score (partner→BHLHE22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
