Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 443 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHV3OR16-8, NOL12, and IGKV1D-13. Each is linked with BEX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEX2-to-partner and partner-to-BEX2 results are reported.
