BET1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BET1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BET1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8082, RPL31P9, and RN7SL518P. Each is linked with BET1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BET1L-to-partner and partner-to-BET1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8082 grouped by BET1L-low versus BET1L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BET1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→BET1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
