BET1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BET1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,178 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BET1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine deacetylation, COPII-coated vesicle cargo loading, and Protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with BET1L in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BET1L-to-partner and partner-to-BET1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine deacetylation grouped by BET1L-low versus BET1L-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BET1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→BET1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
