BET1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BET1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 713 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BET1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD82, USP9YP2, and OR5BN2P. Each is linked with BET1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BET1-to-partner and partner-to-BET1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD82 grouped by BET1-low versus BET1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BET1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BET1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
