Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEST4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 162 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BEST4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RABGGTA, MED26, and UBTF. Each is linked with BEST4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEST4-to-partner and partner-to-BEST4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BEST4 versus RABGGTA in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEST4→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEST4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
