Across TCGA cell cohorts, BEST4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,726 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEST4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Viral genome replication, and Regulation of intracellular protein transport. Each is linked with BEST4 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEST4-to-partner and partner-to-BEST4 results are reported.
