BEST2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEST2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,630 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNJ14, MTND2P40, and SYCE2. Each is linked with BEST2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEST2-to-partner and partner-to-BEST2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BEST2 versus KCNJ14 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEST2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEST2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
