BEND7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEND7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,054 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEND7-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIAA1109, PHLPP2, and ZNF621. Each is linked with BEND7 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEND7-to-partner and partner-to-BEND7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BEND7 versus KIAA1109 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEND7→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEND7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
