Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEND7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,202 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEND7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACBD5, TCP1P3, and PSMD7. Each is linked with BEND7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEND7-to-partner and partner-to-BEND7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BEND7 versus ACBD5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
