BEND7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEND7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,620 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEND7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFGEF3, ARFGEF3_S1991, and ARFGEF3_S2081. Each is linked with BEND7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEND7-to-partner and partner-to-BEND7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BEND7 versus ARFGEF3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEND7→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEND7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
