BEND7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEND7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEND7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, 4E-BP1_pT37_T46, and ASNS. Each is linked with BEND7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEND7-to-partner and partner-to-BEND7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by BEND7-low versus BEND7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEND7→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEND7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
