Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BEND7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BEND7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBL1Y, CLDN34, and SPINK9. Each is linked with BEND7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEND7-to-partner and partner-to-BEND7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBL1Y grouped by BEND7-low versus BEND7-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEND7→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEND7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
