Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEND3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,785 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEND3P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Epigenetic programming in the zygotic pronuclei, and Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic. Each is linked with BEND3P1 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEND3P1-to-partner and partner-to-BEND3P1 results are reported.
