BEAN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEAN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 111 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEAN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13F1, TPM3P7, and MIR302D. Each is linked with BEAN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEAN1-to-partner and partner-to-BEAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR13F1 grouped by BEAN1-low versus BEAN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
