Across TCGA cell cohorts, BEAN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,579 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEAN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Cellular response to unfolded protein. Each is linked with BEAN1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEAN1-to-partner and partner-to-BEAN1 results are reported.
