BEAN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BEAN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEAN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BW2, SLC5A7, and TCF23. Each is linked with BEAN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEAN1-to-partner and partner-to-BEAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2BW2 grouped by BEAN1-low versus BEAN1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
