BEAN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BEAN1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 150 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEAN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP1A, ZNF668, and SETD5. Each is linked with BEAN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEAN1-to-partner and partner-to-BEAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAP1A grouped by BEAN1-low versus BEAN1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
