BDP1P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BDP1P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,180 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BDP1P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATP5IF1, TAOK1_S965, and CHST14. Each is linked with BDP1P in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BDP1P-to-partner and partner-to-BDP1P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BDP1P versus ATP5IF1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BDP1P→partner) and Y-score (partner→BDP1P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
