Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BDP1P RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BDP1P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher BDP1P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BDP1P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and LUSC show a favorable association.
PAAD, BRCA, and THCA are the cancer types where BDP1P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
