Across TCGA cell cohorts, BDNF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BDNF-associated genes across cancer lineages are TECRL. Each is linked with BDNF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BDNF-to-partner and partner-to-BDNF results are reported.
