BDKRB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BDKRB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,671 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BDKRB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UPP1, NFIX, and PLAU. Each is linked with BDKRB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BDKRB1-to-partner and partner-to-BDKRB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BDKRB1 versus UPP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BDKRB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BDKRB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
