Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCS1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,639 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCS1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCL, FARSB, and ORC4. Each is linked with BCS1L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCS1L-to-partner and partner-to-BCS1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCS1L versus NCL in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCS1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCS1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
