Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCS1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,752 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCS1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRCH1, ASPN, and ECM2. Each is linked with BCS1L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCS1L-to-partner and partner-to-BCS1L results are reported.
