Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCS1L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCS1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, ACC_pS79, and GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9. Each is linked with BCS1L in more than 1 cancer types.
