Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCS1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,622 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCS1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere maintenance, Telomere organization, and IMP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with BCS1L in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCS1L-to-partner and partner-to-BCS1L results are reported.
