Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCS1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCS1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are IZUMO1R, MTRNR2L6, and TFAP2D. Each is linked with BCS1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCS1L-to-partner and partner-to-BCS1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IZUMO1R grouped by BCS1L-low versus BCS1L-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCS1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCS1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
