Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCRP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCRP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6851, GTF2F2P2, and KRT18P66. Each is linked with BCRP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCRP4-to-partner and partner-to-BCRP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCRP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCRP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
