BCRP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCRP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 391 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCRP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are INTS4, SEC24D, and ACSL1. Each is linked with BCRP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCRP3-to-partner and partner-to-BCRP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCRP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCRP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
