BCOR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCOR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 90 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCOR-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and eEF2. Each is linked with BCOR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCOR-to-partner and partner-to-BCOR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
