BCOR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCOR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 245 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCOR-associated genes across cancer lineages are FKBP6, GSTT4, and ASZ1. Each is linked with BCOR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCOR-to-partner and partner-to-BCOR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
