BCLAF3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCLAF3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,394 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCLAF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACAD8, ZNF44, and RPL23AP32. Each is linked with BCLAF3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCLAF3-to-partner and partner-to-BCLAF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCLAF3 versus ACAD8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCLAF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCLAF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
