BCLAF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCLAF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,281 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCLAF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP264, RNU6-517P, and FABP5P12. Each is linked with BCLAF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCLAF3-to-partner and partner-to-BCLAF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP264 grouped by BCLAF3-low versus BCLAF3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCLAF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCLAF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
