Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCLAF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,123 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCLAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBPL1, RBMX, and SNRPE. Each is linked with BCLAF1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCLAF1-to-partner and partner-to-BCLAF1 results are reported.
