Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCLAF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 28,205 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCLAF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF20, SAFB, and SAFB2. Each is linked with BCLAF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCLAF1-to-partner and partner-to-BCLAF1 results are reported.
