Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCLAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,418 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCLAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4774, HASPIN, and RNU5A-4P. Each is linked with BCLAF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCLAF1-to-partner and partner-to-BCLAF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4774 grouped by BCLAF1-low versus BCLAF1-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCLAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCLAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
