BCLAF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCLAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 950 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCLAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP6-1, TFDP3, and OR1L3. Each is linked with BCLAF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCLAF1-to-partner and partner-to-BCLAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP6-1 grouped by BCLAF1-low versus BCLAF1-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCLAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCLAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
