BCL7C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL7C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,632 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL7C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCTPP1, HIRIP3, and CFAP20. Each is linked with BCL7C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL7C-to-partner and partner-to-BCL7C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCL7C versus DCTPP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL7C→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL7C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
