The most reproducible BCL7C-associated genes across cancer lineages are H1-10-AS1, PTN, and TFDP2. Each is linked with BCL7C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL7C-to-partner and partner-to-BCL7C results are reported.
