The most reproducible BCL7C-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6803, RNU6-1144P, and RNA5SP38. Each is linked with BCL7C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL7C-to-partner and partner-to-BCL7C results are reported.
