Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL7C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL7C-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, ERK2, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with BCL7C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL7C-to-partner and partner-to-BCL7C results are reported.
