Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCL7C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,505 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCL7C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-arginine modification, Pyrimidine nucleoside triphosphate catabolic process, and Embryonic appendage morphogenesis. Each is linked with BCL7C in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL7C-to-partner and partner-to-BCL7C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-arginine modification grouped by BCL7C-low versus BCL7C-high in CNS.
