BCL7B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCL7B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,580 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL7B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC2, BAZ1B, and EIF4H. Each is linked with BCL7B in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL7B-to-partner and partner-to-BCL7B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCL7B versus RFC2 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL7B→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL7B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
