BCL7B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCL7B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,703 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL7B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-glutamic acid carboxylation, Protein carboxylation, and Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes. Each is linked with BCL7B in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL7B-to-partner and partner-to-BCL7B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-glutamic acid carboxylation grouped by BCL7B-low versus BCL7B-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL7B→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL7B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
