BCL6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,275 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTLP18, PLRG1, and TRDV3. Each is linked with BCL6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL6-to-partner and partner-to-BCL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FTLP18 grouped by BCL6-low versus BCL6-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
