BCL6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are DJ-1, EGFR_pY1068, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with BCL6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL6-to-partner and partner-to-BCL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DJ-1 grouped by BCL6-low versus BCL6-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
